U.S. HealthWorks Acquires East Bay Clinics

U.S. HealthWorks, one of the largest operators of occupational health and urgent care centers in the U.S., has acquired Muir/Diablo Occupational Medicine, an affiliate of John Muir Health. The acquisition, which was effective Jan. 9, includes three Muir/Diablo Occupational Medicine centers in the East Bay region of the San Francisco Bay Area.
