The Delaware Office of Workers' Compensation has posted information on price caps for hot and cold packs and established Medispan as the sole source of data for the average wholesale price used to cap reimbursements for repackaged drugs.OWC said in a regulatory notice that, as of Tuesday, hot and cold packs should be reimbursed $16.50 in areas of Delaware with the geozips 197 and 198 and for $13.66 in geozip 199.Also as of Tuesday, the AWP shall be based on data published by Medispan.
