Milwaukee County has outsourced the administration of workers' compensation claims this year for the first time, and as a result it expects to cut costs by $644,116 from last year, according the state's risk management 2014 budget summary.The change, according to the budget report, will lead to "increased rigor of claims investigation, analysis and approval processes."
