Facts: Ugicom Enterprises Inc. is an Ohio corporation that contracts with Time Warner Cable to provide the outside installation of cable lines for TWC customers. Most of its work is done for residential customers.
After TWC was absorbed by Charter Communications, it was rebranded as Spectrum Communications.
