Texas-based utilization-review company Nexus Medical named Marchell Gebhardt as its new chief financial officer.
Gebhardt started with Nexus in March, bringing with her 16 years of accounting experience. In addition to overseeing all of the company's financial operations, she will also provide expertise on capital management, acquisition and expansion plans, operational plans and business forecasting, Nexus said in a statement.
Before joining Nexus, Gebhardt worked as an accountant for 10 years at DPT Laboratories. In 2013, she joined OCI Energy as corporate controller.
