West Virginia’s Intermediate Court of Appeals upheld a denial of benefits for a worker’s burn injuries due to her lack of credibility. Tammy Chambers worked for Trinity Healthcare Services. She allegedly suffered steam burns while at work on or around May 10, 2023. When Chambers sought medical treatment on May 14, a doctor noted that she had a facial burn and that the injury had occurred at home.
