Michele Briggs to Lead Human Resources at Combined Insurance

Combined Insurance, a Chubb company, has named Michele Briggs as its senior vice president of human resources. Briggs will lead a North America HR team that includes corporate and sales recruiting, talent development, training and communications.   Briggs spent nearly six years with AIG as vice president of human resources and organizational effectiveness.
