A federal grand jury returned a 27-count indictment charging a Visalia doctor with conspiracy to dispense oxycodone and selling prescriptions, the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of California said.According to the indictment, Dr. Terrill E. Brown, 61, sold prescriptions for large quantities of prescription drugs, including opioid painkillers oxycodone and hydrocodone, to customers that did not have a medical need for the medications.
