OWCP Seeking Comments on Subrogation Data Collection

The federal Office of Workers' Compensation Programs is seeking public comment on whether forms it uses to gather data on third-party payments to injured workers are necessary and practical. The Federal Employees' Compensation Act requires a government employee injured at work by a third party to sue the third party or assign his rights to OWCP.
