CMS to Host Webinar on Medicare Secondary Payer Portal Changes

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services will host a webinar next week on its Medicare Secondary Payer Recovery Portal, including new features and upgrades, the agency announced.

CMS has made a number of improvements to the portal, including the ability to view the status of correspondence and the ability to request electronic conditional payment letters.

The webinar will be at 1 p.m. Aug. 16 Eastern time. The login is available here, and the conference call number for an audio presentation is 888-790-1953. The passcode is 7021968.

Parties will need to log in to the webinar and dial in to see and hear the full presentation, and should log in at least 15 minutes ahead of time, the agency said.
