management appointments in its Reinsurance Operations.
Mr. James Veghte, currently President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief
Underwriting Officer of XL Re Ltd and President of XL Re Latin America
("XLReLA"), has been appointed to the new position of Chief Executive Officer
