Justice Center Report Blasts Work Comp Reforms

A group funded by filmmaker Michael Moore released a report Wednesday that calls state workers' compensation systems a "colossal failure" that allow insurance companies to boost profits while workers' benefits are declining. The Center for Justice & Democracy lamented a nationwide reform movement that it says has stripped benefits and increased the burden of proof on injured workers to receive compensation for their injuries.
