CRM Chairman Sells Block of Common Shares

CRM Holdings Ltd., a workers' compensation insurer and reinsurer, said Friday that Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Daniel G. Hickey sold 216,454 shares of its common shares. Hickey sold his shares for purposes of "personal financial planning and asset diversification," the company said. Hickey retains 1.3 million shares of the company's common shares, or approximately 8.2% of outstanding total. "This sale will enable me to diversify about 11% of my holdings in CRM," Hickey said.
