The reform debate is raging in Vermont, as the Senate Committee on Economic Development, Housing and General Affairs made several changes to the House-passed bill that the business lobby says will undermine the goal of reformation.
Labor and Industry Commissioner Michael Bertrand told the press Monday that while some of the changes made by the Senate were positive, the overall effect would not save much money for employers.
