The U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has cited ADM Milling Company in Lincoln for alleged serious and repeated violations of health and safety standards. Citations were issued for five alleged repeat and seven alleged serious violations, and carried a total proposed penalty of $124,000.
