Several rules moving toward adoption in Colorado were changed to accommodate suggestions made at a two-day public hearing in Denver in August, the division director recently told stakeholders.
Mary Whiteside wrote in a letter dated Sept. 30 and posted on the division Web site, "As of Sept. 29, 2005, all of the proposed rules have been adopted and sent to the Attorney General's office for review."
