A new virus is spoofing the domain name of WorkCompCentral, sending out bogus e-mails that threaten to infect the computers of unsuspecting readers.
CEO David DePaolo said some subscribers have received e-mails from "support@workcompcentral.com" that state their records are out of date and instructing them to open an attachment for further instructions. But the e-mail address is not authentic. In at least one instance, the e-mail from that address was infected by the W32.Mytob.H@mm virus.
