Hawaii's workers' compensation tug-of-war is back in action.
Republican Gov. Linda Lingle on Tuesday vetoed a bill that stripped her Labor Department of its authority to broadly regulate the system, and the Democrat-controlled Legislature promised a special session to override the veto.
