CA 'Reform' Packages Goes to Governor's Desk

California workers' compensation made front page news Saturday morning across the nation as late Friday afternoon the Legislature passed a suite of 6 bills recommended in the Workers' Compensation Conference Committee report.Seen by most as a first step, reports out of Sacramento indicate that the majority of legislators admit that the reform proposals are insufficient to produce much, if any, savings.
