Justices Reject Employer's Bid to Recover Settlement Costs

An Ohio appeals court rejected a bid by Dillard Department Store to recover from the Bureau of Workers' Compensation's surplus fund medical expenses and $15,000 it had paid to settle a workers' compensation claim.
