NY Board Explores Wi-Fi

The New York Workers' Compensation Board is considering contracting with a service provider to install wireless (Wi-Fi) access to the Internet at selected WCB hearing sites throughout the state. Similar services exist today in hotels, airports, coffee shops, etc. These high speed services are often referred to as Wireless or Wi-Fi HotSpots and are significantly faster than services provided through cell phones or data cards provided by cell phone companies.
