Colorado Senator Explains Alien Benefits Bill

A Colorado state senator says that his bill to deny workers' compensation benefits to illegal aliens is one of the few avenues his state has to deal with illegal immigration. Greg Brophy, R-Wray, has introduced legislation to exclude workers in the country illegally from receiving injured-worker benefits under Colorado law.
