Voluntary Agreements Being Checked in Conn.

The Connecticut Workers' Compensation Commission again is reminding employers and their insurers about the filing requirement for undisputed claims involving compensable injury. Administrative Regulation sec. 31-296-1 states that a Voluntary Agreement must be filed in all cases where a claimant suffered a compensable injury causing either temporary partial or temporary total disability beyond the three-day waiting period.
