Moody's Withdraws Baa2 of White Mountains Debt

Moody's Investors Service has withdrawn its Baa2 debt rating on a retired $175 million senior secured revolving credit facility previously entered into by Fund American Companies, Inc., an intermediate holding company subsidiary of White Mountains Insurance Group, Ltd. The rating action follows the repayment of all obligations and termination of all commitments under the credit facility. On July 21, 2003 Moody's withdrew its Baa2 debt ratings on the term loans included in the senior secured credit facility following the repayment and termination of the term loans.
