The Wichita Business Journal reports that a bill running through the Kansas legislature supported by business groups and opposed by labor will "clear up erosions" to that state's reform legislation of 1993. SB 181 was the original bill introduced last month for the purpose of clarifying apportionment rules as well as post termination work comp claims.
