Randall Repp of Lebanon, Ohio, was ordered to repay $19,434.05 after pleading guilty to one felonious count of workers' compensation fraud, the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC) announced.
The restitution amount includes $18,131.42 in overpaid benefits and $1,302.64 from investigative costs. In addition, Repp was sentenced to five years community control.
