Fla. 1st: Release Agreement Bars All Matured Claims

An agreement with language that releases an employer "from any and all claims and demands, past, present or future, known or unknown" that a claimant ever had or now has bars all claims that matured before the release was executed, the Florida 1st District Court of Appeal ruled.
