AZ Supreme Court to Hear Drug-Use Case

The Arizona Supreme Court today will consider a case that could determine whether injured workers can be denied benefits if they test positive for drug or alcohol use, the Arizona State Compensation Fund said in a press release. "We think this is an important decision for Arizona workers, Arizona businesses and Arizona consumers," said Donald A. Smith, President & CEO of SCF of Arizona.
