IAIABC Seeks BK Reform to Ensure Timely Benefits

The National Association of Attorneys General (NAAG) has long been actively involved in bankruptcy issues and reform. An ad hoc group of interested parties, including several members of the IAIABC, crafted a statement of reform principles for NAAG.
