The National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI) has provided Virginia's insurers with a list of policies affected by a three-year-old computer glitch that triggered premium overcharges from some job classification codes.
Dennis Cokulak, an NCCI state relations executive, said the company has completed the identification process required by a May 16 memo from Deputy Insurance Commissioner Mary M. Bannister. NCCI is waiting for the insurers to report back.
