Case Tests Immunity Shield for Chiropractic Board

The Missouri Supreme Court today will hear a case that will decide whether an investigated chiropractor can sue the state board of examiners and an employee for their actions. The Missouri Board of Chiropractic Examiners investigated, prosecuted and disciplined Dr. Gary Edwards after it received complaints he was using an improper device to treat his patients and practicing medicine without a license.
