Juneau Treatment Plant Receives 'SHARP' Award

Alaska Department of Labor and Workforce Development Commissioner Click Bishop approved the Mendenhall Wastewater Treatment Plant in Juneau for the Safety and Health Achievement Recognition Program (SHARP) award to recognize the facility's outstanding employee safety and health programs. SHARP, a federal recognition program, is administered by the department's office of Alaska Occupational Safety and Health.
