The Florida 1st District Court of Appeal ruled Friday that a Judge of Compensation Claims committed reversible error when she failed to determine whether a new repetitive injury provided the major need for medical treatment for a supermarket worker with an existing carpal tunnel condition. In Cynthia Tice v.
