The United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit ruled that the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) requires employers to provide reasonable accommodations for employees they regard as disabled. In D'Angelo v. ConAgra Foods, Inc., No. 04-10629, 08/30/2005, Chris D'Angelo, who suffers from vertigo, alleged that her employer failed to accommodate her disability.
