U.S Appellate Upholds Premises Liability Claim

The United States Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit recognized the exclusive remedy of Missouri and ruled that employees of an independent contractor were precluded from recovering on a premises liability claim because they were covered by their own employer's workers' compensation plan.
