Paramount Contracting was cited and served with $51,000 in proposed penalties for not reinforcing trenches at an Atlanta-area job site, according to federal inspectors.
The U.S. Labor Department's Occupational Safety and Health Administration visited the Alpharetta job site and issued one willful citation, with a proposed penalty of $49,000.
