Mainstay Business Solutions through their attorneys, Los Angeles-based law firm Roxborough, Pomerance & Nye, LLP filed a law suit against John Garamendi, California's Insurance Commissioner, and Chuck Cake, acting director of the California Department of Industrial Relations, seeking an injunction against their efforts to restrict tribal PEOs in California.
