Hawaii regulators are hosting a seminar to teach industry professionals about the new treatment guidelines and other regulations recently adopted, even though the Hawaii Legislature may go back into session and repeal the new rules.
The Department of Labor and Industrial Relations is hosting a seminar on June 23 that will provide a background on workers' compensation reform regulations, the revamped hearings and resolution process and recently adopted ODG treatment guidelines. The training session will be held from 8:30 a.m. to noon at DLI's Training Room 310, 830 Punchbowl St., Honolulu.
