Viper Networks Buys Piece of Greenland PEO

Viper Networks Inc. (OTCBB:VPER) announced yesterday that it has signed an agreement with Greenland Corp. (OTCBB:GRLC), a San Diego-based professional employer services (PEO) provider. The agreement provides that Viper will purchase $50,000 of restricted shares of Greenland common stock at $.025 per share; further, Viper will pay to Greenland an amount equal to 25% of the gross proceeds from Viper's current financing up to a maximum of $200,000.
