XL Capital Appoints Scott C. Hoy VP Investor Relations

XL Capital Ltd (NYSE: XL) ("XL") announced Monday the appointment of Scott C. Hoy as Senior Vice President, Investor Relations. Mr. Hoy will report to Chief Financial Officer Jerry de St. Paer and will be responsible for managing the Company's communications with institutional investors and securities analysts.
