Justices Back Exception for Injury Trust Fund

The Oklahoma Supreme Court ruled in long-running workers' compensation case that awards against the Multiple Injury Trust Fund cannot be certified to district court. The court majority also held in Dean v. Multiple Injury Trust Fund, No. 100295, Consol. w/100371, 10/17/06, that the exception for certification of an award to district court is constitutional.
