Zenith Insurance Co. has dropped its demand for $3,000 in reimbursement for interpreting services it said were paid erroneously.
But the company but still intends to go to trial to establish that translation services for treatment visits are not required under the Labor Code, Zenith's claims counsel Corey Ingber said Thursday.
