A sandblasting and painting company has been handed $62,550 in proposed penalties by OSHA officials in Oklahoma after two workers reportedly painted the inside of a tank without wearing protective breathing gear.
The citations to Cunningham Sandblasting and Painting Co. were announced last week by the OSHA office in Oklahoma City area. The incident took place at Cunningham's worksite on Highway 60 in Nowata, Okla.
