Kmart's Casto to Lead New WV WCD

Kmart Corp.'s workers' compensation program manager has been appointed head of claims operations for West Virginia's new Workers' Compensation Commission. Lloyd A. "Andy" Casto, a native of West Virginia, will start the new job Sept. 15 while the Workers' Compensation Division is still part of the Bureau of Employment Programs. On Oct. 1, the division will become a separate entity called the Workers' Compensation Commission, pursuant to legislation passed earlier this year.
