Facing a formal Accusation of wrongdoing by the Medical Board of California, Mountain View physician Dennis Andrew Lange, M.D. has agreed to surrender his license to practice medicine. The stipulated surrender of his license was ordered on November 4, 2004 and became effective on November 11, 2004.
