After Utah Mike Leavitt tabled any consideration of privatizing the Utah Fund, based in part on private opinion documents he had commissioned to assist in his decision, the state legislature is trying to force the Governor to release the six legal opinions on which he based his decision.
Leavitt had said that he considered the papers protected under attorney-client privilege and refused to release them.
