Claims Activity Reports Due by Sept. 29

The Nevada Workers' Compensation Section (WCS) notified workers' compensation insurers they must complete and submit fiscal year 2006 WCS workers' compensation claims activity reports and insurer information forms by Sept. 29. Blank forms and instructions were e-mailed to all workers' compensation insurers on Aug. 15 and courtesy copies were e-mailed to third party administrators.
