Lawyer Blames Comp System for Suicide

Florida's workers' compensation system is to blame for the suicide death of a man who who appears to have intentionally electrocuted himself by breaking into a Florida Power & Light substation in Fort Myers, his attorney said. The News-Press reported that 39-year-old David Michael Kraft broke into the substation on Wednesday morning and electrocuted himself on equipment carrying 138,000 volts. Attorney Deric F.
