Justices: Cafeteria Work Isn't Unusually Stressful

Working in a school cafeteria isn't so different from cooking at home that the physical stress would be considered out of the ordinary, the Oklahoma Supreme Court ruled this week. It was the court's second ruling in two months over the implementation of the 2005 Oklahoma workers' compensation reforms.
