UT Joins NAIC to Address Broker Misconduct

As investigations emerge into alleged criminal misconduct involving insurance companies and insurance brokers, the Utah Insurance Department is moving forward, along with members of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC), on a coordinated effort to address the issue aggressively.
